It costs $32,000 to provide all operating costs for their safe home including food, education, medical care for mom and baby, and other costs to run the home.

Seventeen beautiful girls were admitted into Christine's House this year. Each story starts with poverty and ends with exploitation. This is how we change the narrative > providing a safe place to restore.

Poverty > Exploitation:

We get a short story of each of the girls as they enter the program and every story started with something like this: Dropped out of school at a young age because parents could not afford it anymore. Shortly after that common denominator, we hear how poverty in her home left her really vulnerable.

Then, a boy or an older man in town identified that vulnerability and exploited it. Many of the girls become pregnant—some by their abusers, others by someone they loved, but both situations involved the man abandons the girl upon hearing of her pregnancy—leaving the girl really vulnerable… again.

Until Christine’s House came into the picture. These girls are just in the beginning of their healing journey but at Christine’s House they will recognize that what happened to them was not their fault. And as the staff works alongside each one of the girls, they will receive counseling, spiritual development, skills training, a safe home, food, and medical care.

This is where you come in. Will you give to provide practical needs for the girls healing at Christine's House?
